When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The state-of-the-art EC fan system expertly draws in cool, dry air, channeling it seamlessly into the tower via the innovative V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This sophisticated design, characterized by its expansive contact surface, dramatically speeds up the cooling process, ensuring both the air and hot process fluid are efficiently cooled. This cutting-edge process results in a remarkable boost in heat exchange efficiency. Following an extensive partition wall heat exchange with the cool dry air, the hot saturated air is expelled from the tower, culminating in the attainment of highly efficient Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling).
