Gearbox reducer
Our advanced gear reducer for cooling towers features a second gear transmission system, integrating a spiral bevel gear with a helical gear arrangement. This sophisticated setup ensures a compact design with substantial transmission power, seamless operation, and minimal noise levels. Utilizing high-quality 20CrMnTi material, the gears undergo rigorous heat treatment to bolster wear and impact resistance. The lubrication system is ingeniously designed, combining oil immersion and splash lubrication, maintaining optimal oil levels within the gearbox. Oil circulates through the system, lubricating bearings effectively via the flow channel. For enhanced efficiency, a skeleton oil seal or mechanical seal is implemented at the high-speed shaft entrance. After 8000 hours of operation, the reducer cover should be removed to assess and potentially replace the seal, ensuring continued performance.
For ease of maintenance, the lifting ring screw on the gearbox lid is intended for lid removal during overhauls and is not suitable for lifting the entire gearbox. The control instrument contact screw hole on the gearbox housing is conveniently positioned to integrate seamlessly with user-specified control systems.
This dedicated cooling tower reducer prominently features vertical shaft gear transmission while seamlessly incorporating other transmission options. Our distinguished product lineup includes the versatile M series and the robust H series, catering to diverse industrial requirements.

· A modular design featuring a diverse selection of materials and standardized components, tailored to meet an array of customer specifications and preferences.
· Offers an optional forced cooling system for precise regulation of oil temperature, even under the most extreme conditions, ensuring optimal functionality.
