The external spray system ensures the coil surface remains continuously wet, optimizing the cooling effect. This ingenious system allows the cooled medium to traverse the partition heat exchanger, seamlessly interacting with the spray water for superior heat exchange efficiency.

1. Axial Flow Fan
Engineered with a special aluminum alloy, our axial flow fan boasts a forward-type blade design minimizing wind resistance while maximizing airflow. This high-efficiency, low-noise solution ensures smooth operation. The streamline high-strength fan stack maintains even airflow, reducing energy demands. Motor flexibility: IP55 protection, F class insulation, with two-speed, VFD, or anti-explosion motors available.
2. EVD PVC Drift Eliminator
Our premium drift eliminator effectively captures airborne water droplets with minimal wind resistance, achieving a remarkable capture rate of 99.99% for peak heat transfer performance.
3. Uniform Water Distribution
Revolutionize your cooling process with our strategically positioned Three-splashed-Nozzles. They ensure even water distribution under low pressure, with a large caliber and three splashed type design, ensuring blockage resistance and enhanced spray coverage for continuous and effective cooling.
4. Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil
Built to perform, our stainless steel heat exchange coil utilizes a serpentine bending tube and robust framework for superior thermal efficiency. It ensures full contact with spray water for outstanding heat exchange while being resistant to corrosion, lightweight, and recyclable.
5. EVL Inlet Grille
Featuring a special 3D stereo 45-degree ventilation channel, our inlet grille significantly boosts product rigidity and wind load resistance.
It also reduces noise and inhibits algae growth.
