Operation
The cooling process starts as the fluid medium travels through our state-of-the-art serpentine coil heat exchanger, which is continually moistened by an external spray system to enhance cooling. This design facilitates a heat exchange between the medium and spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger, thereby creating a closed loop for optimal cooling effectiveness. The tower smartly integrates low-temperature dry air, entering laterally to intersect with the spray water flow vertically, establishing a powerful composite heat transfer system propelled by fans. After maximum heat exchange, the high-temperature saturated air is efficiently expelled from the tower, while the spray water benefits from a secondary heat transfer before being collected in the water basin, ensuring superior temperature reduction and unparalleled cooling performance.
