Their advanced design ensures superior air movement across the tower while minimizing maintenance disruptions, setting new standards in shape and functionality.
Gearbox Reducer
This innovative reducer is engineered for secondary gear transmission, combining spiral bevel and helical gear systems. Its compact structure delivers high transmission power, seamless operation, and minimal noise. Crafted from premium 20CrMnTi, these gears undergo rigorous heat treatment, enhancing their exceptional wear and impact resistance. The lubrication system features a blend of oil immersion and splash flow, maintaining optimal oil levels. The oil flows through a dedicated channel to lubricate the bearings effectively. High-speed shaft entrances utilize robust skeleton or mechanical seals. After 8,000 hours of operation, the reducer cover should be removed to inspect seal wear and determine replacement needs.
A lifting ring screw on the gearbox lid is designed for easy lid removal during maintenance, not for hoisting the gearbox itself. The control instrument contact screw hole on the box allows seamless integration with control devices, tailored to user specifications.
The cooling tower-specific reducer primarily utilizes a vertical shaft gear transmission, supplemented by diverse transmission types. Our main series, including M series and H series, are meticulously designed for optimal performance.

· Incorporates advanced splash and self-lubrication systems for optimal performance.
· Our helical gears meet the stringent GB/T 3480 standards for involute gear strength calculations, while spiral bevel gears conform to GB/T 10062 standards for bevel gear load capacity computations.
· The modular design features a variety of materials and standardized components, offering versatile solutions tailored to diverse customer demands.
· Optional forced cooling systems allow for precise oil temperature management, even under the most extreme conditions.
