Aluminum alloy fan Special aluminum alloy fan blades design enhanced for low sound operation, delivers maximum air flow and pressure capability at reduced speed.
FRP fan is one of the nice choices for industrial type cooling tower. Large size is available for manufacturing; Big air flow meets the requirements of large cooling towers; FRP materials is corrosion resistant, light weight and high strength.
FRP fan- Upgrade type The windward side of the fan blade was protected with stainless steel, makes FRP fan to be stronger and higher corrosion resistant, longer service life, and more cost-effective.
SIEMENS IEC motor with insulation class F and IP55 protection grade. There are two types meet different cooling tower design conditions. Some special additional functions is available for customization.
Amarillo single reduction gear reducer The drives Amarillo Gear Company LLC produces for cooling tower, design features and ratings are in accordance with, or exceed, the minimum requirements of AG MA (American Gear Manufacturers Association) and CTI (Cooling Technology Institute) standards. Plannetary Gear Reducer Adopts a hard tooth surface technology, direct-connected, the structure is compact, light weight and high torque.
Belt pulley reducer is the normal device for cooling towers. Easy of installation and maintenance, reliable and long service life. There are two types ( upright mounting & upside down mounting) to meets different cooling tower requirements.
The VS2 series switches are shock-sensitive mechanisms for shutdown of engine or electric motor powered equipment. It is designed to detect shock/ vibration in three planes of motion. MVS series switches for option.
Fan pulley & Motor pulley - High quality pulleys significantly increase belt life and reduce the total cost for your equipment. - Superior pulley could be customized to replace the pulleys of some brands cooling towers, like 6B30, 6B38 type pulleys, adopts famous brands built-in bearings, like SKF/ NSK/ TIMKEN etc.
Timken brand bearing and pillow block - According to the model of bearing or pillow block, the correct product could be supply for cooling towers. The wide application of Timken bearing and pillow block.

NEWIN BAE/ BAH/ MAH counter flow infills - Hang up type Supplied as infills replacement for open/closed cooling towers and so on other brands cross flow cooling towers. PVC material of infills could be upgraded into high-temp. material ( working temp. is up to 80ºC),cold-resistant. material ( working temp. is down to - 40ºC). Special request of Thickness & high-temp./ cold-resistant materials are available for customization.
NEWIN EVN/ LAN counter flow infills - Glued into cellular type Supplied as infills replacement for industrial cooling towers and so on other brands counter flow cooling towers; PVC material of infills could be upgraded into high-temp. material ( working temp. is up to 80ºC),cold-resistant. material ( working temp. is down to - 40ºC). Special request of Thickness & high-temp./ cold-resistant materials are available for customization.
NEWIN NTF trickle splash infills - mechanical assembly type NTF trickle splash infills are used to counter flow cooling towers in condition of sewage water,wind tunnel towers, exhaust gas purification towers, dosing platforms, filter ditch cover plates, large sewage treatment pools, special grid packing for large sewage treatment plants, and grass slag baffles waiting venue.
NEWIN stainless steel cooling coil heat exchanger Adopts stainless steel material, higher corrosion resistant and long service life. High quality bended coil pipe supplied by superior supplier and welding the head in our plant. Pipe bending by CNC machine according to our drawing. Cooling coil heat exchanger could be customized for all brands closed type cooling towers. (If small pipe below 16mm, Our plant welded it with straight pipe with bends. )
NEWIN EVD/MBD/BAD drift eliminators - glued into cellular type
The wide application in different kinds of / brands of cooling towers; maximum capture water droplets caught in the cooling tower air stream, improving high thermal transfer; special request of Thickness & High temp. material is available for customization.
NEWIN EVL/NAL air inlet grille
Cooling tower air inlet grilles are designed to improve air flow into the cooling tower, restrict the amount of sunlight into cooling tower (to impede algae growth), prevent debris from entering and the splash of water droplets, achieves very low pressure drop result, reduce noise from the tower, easy installation and access for cleaning and maintenance. The wide application of EVL air inlet grille in NEWIN and other brands closed type/ open type cooling towers.
Mechanical float valve, also called make-up valve, is widely used to supply make-up water directly into the cold-water basin of cooling tower.
NEWIN also could supply the Electronic liquid level switch , Basin heater and so on accessories.
