The low-sound blade, meticulously crafted for whisper-quiet operation, delivers unparalleled air flow and pressure capability, even at reduced speeds. This series spans an impressive range, from 4.2 meters to 10.06 meters for cooling tower fans, 1.8 meters to 4.5 meters for air cooler fans, and 4.5 meters to an astounding 10.972 meters for power station direct air cooling fans, setting new standards in industrial cooling solutions.
The fan blades are meticulously crafted using high-strength epoxy resin, paired with compression molding technology to
ensure an impeccable bond between the resilient fiberglass and the robust resin, attaining an exceptional density.
Each section of the blade transitions flawlessly, presenting a pristine and sleek appearance devoid of any imperfections such as flaws, gaps, burrs, or blemishes. Furthermore, no more than three tiny bubbles are allowed per 100mm section, each bubble having a maximum diameter of just 3mm.
The fan blades boast limosis-type designs, providing a feather-light structure, remarkable strength, and excellent interchangeability, ensuring unparalleled performance.
The fan blade incorporates a composite axle journal, effectively mitigating stress concentration at the joint sections of the machine. The older mechanical connection technique, which utilized bolts to join the blade and blade shaft, was a leading cause of fan malfunction during operation.
