The series covers an impressive range, including 4.2 meters to 10.06 meters for cooling tower fans, 1.8 meters to 4.5 meters for air cooler fans, and 4.5 meters to an extensive 10.972 meters for power station direct air cooling fans, truly meeting a spectrum of industrial requirements.
The fan blades of the Versatile Cooling Tower FRP Fan by Newin (Guangdong) Machinery Co., Ltd. are meticulously crafted using high-strength epoxy resin and precision compression molding techniques to
ensure exemplary adhesion between the robust fiberglass and resilient resin, paired with an impressive level of density.
Each blade section is seamlessly transitioned, resulting in a sleek, polished appearance, free from flaws, gaps, burrs, or any defects. Additionally, the innovatively designed blades exhibit minimal air bubbles, with no more than three bubbles per 100mm section, each having a diameter not exceeding 3mm.
The fan blades are designed with limosis-type configurations, offering an ultra-lightweight structure without compromising on exceptional strength and superior interchangeability, ensuring top-tier performance.
The fan blade features an advanced composite axle journal, skillfully eliminating stress concentration at the critical joint areas of the machine. The antiquated mechanical connection method, with bolts linking the blade and shaft, is a common cause of fan failure during operation.
