Working Principle
When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The NWFL-V adiabatic cooler showcases an innovative and superior EC fan system that meticulously draws in cool, dry air. This air is smoothly channeled into the cooling tower via the expertly crafted V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The unique V-shaped design significantly amplifies the cooling potential by maximizing the contact surface area, which greatly enhances the cooling performance for both the incoming air and the hot process fluid. This leads to a substantial increase in heat exchange efficiency. After this optimal heat transfer process has taken place with the cool dry air, the hot, saturated air is proficiently expelled from the tower.
