Our system utilizes an advanced serpentine coil heat exchanger for fluid medium cooling, supported by a continuous external spray that expertly moistens the coil surface. This strategic setup facilitates efficient cooling, allowing seamless heat exchange between the cooled medium and spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger, creating a fully enclosed cooling loop. Low-temperature, dry air enters laterally, intersecting with the spray water flow to form a powerful composite heat transfer driven by fans. After comprehensive heat exchange, high-temperature saturated air is efficiently expelled from the tower, while the spray water undergoes an additional heat transfer in the PVC exchange layer before collecting in the water basin, optimizing heat removal for unparalleled cooling efficiency.
