After the spray water cools the heat exchange coil, it seamlessly flows into the cold water basin via the PVC heat exchange layer. This process not only effectively reduces the tower's internal temperature but also significantly minimizes noise from water falling directly into the bottom basin.
High-Efficiency Mixed Flow Closed Circuit System
Operation
The fluid medium requiring cooling travels through our advanced serpentine coil heat exchanger. A continuously operating external spray system moistens the coil surface, enhancing cooling effectiveness. This setup allows the cooled medium to exchange heat with the spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger, creating a sealed loop for unparalleled cooling efficiency. Fresh, cool dry air enters the tower from the side and interacts optimally with the downward flow of spray water. This composite heat transfer is fan-driven, ensuring maximum efficiency. As the air and spray water exchange heat, hot, moisture-laden air exits the tower, while the spray water undergoes another heat exchange via a PVC layer, falling into a water collection basin, which efficiently dissipates heat for unmatched cooling performance.
