When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The EC fan system expertly channels the refreshing cool dry air, guiding it into the tower through an ingeniously designed V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This innovative V-shape not only expands the surface contact area, but also turbocharges the cooling process for both air and the hot process fluid. The outcome? An impressive leap in heat exchange efficiency! Once the hot air completes its extensive journey of partition wall heat exchange with the revitalizing cool dry air, it is efficiently expelled as hot saturated air, out of the tower, culminating in a powerful and effective Free Cooling experience (employing a non-evaporative cooling method).
