Counter Flow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower for Eco-industry with Capacity 1450kw

NWN series counter flow closed type cooling tower, closed loop, support dry operation mode without spray water in winter, can replace chillers in winter, greatly reduce energy consumption.

Working: Flows the fluid medium that needs to be cooled in the high-efficiency serpentine heat exchanger. The external spray system continuously wets the surface of the coil for cooling, so that the cooled medium passes through the partition heat exchanger and sprays water heat exchange.

COOLING TOWER PARTS

1. Axial Flow Fan
Efficient axial flow fan drive system, take away the hot saturated discharge air produced during the heat exchange.

2. EVD PVC Drift Eliminator
EVD drift eliminator is installed above spray system, efficiently remove the exhaust air flow entrained water droplets, ensure heat tranfer efficiency.

3. External Spray System
Spray cool water into heat exchange coil,continuously wets the surface of the coil for cooling.

4. Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil
The fluid medium that needs to be cooled flows in the heat exchange coil, operation-closed loop protection of process fluids and equipment from external contamination.

5. EVL Inlet Grille
EVL inlet grilles surround the lower part of cooling tower, Ensure enough cool dry air evenly sucked in the tower, Reduce noise and prevent sun exposure and the growth of algae.

6. Heavy-duty Construction
Modular structure, use the high quality of Z700 galvanized anti-corrosion plates (304/316 stainless steel for option).

7. Water Pump
Adopts horizontal silent series circulating pump shell, Large flow and Low lift, efficiently circulate cool water to the spray system.
