NWF Our series closed cooling tower harnesses state-of-the-art composite flow cooling technology. It ensures stable operation while being energy-efficient and environmentally conscious. After the spray water cools the heat exchange coil, it cascades gently into the cold-water basin via the PVC heat exchange layer, significantly lowering the internal temperature of the tower. This innovative process notably reduces noise typically caused by the direct fall of spray water into the bottom basin.

Operation
In our advanced cooling system, the required fluid medium flows seamlessly through a highly efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger. A continuous external spray moistens the coil surface to optimize the cooling process, enabling the cooled medium to effectively exchange heat with the spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger, creating a closed loop for optimal cooling. Low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally and harmonizes vertically with the descending spray water flow. This creates a powerful composite heat transfer facilitated by fans. After comprehensive heat exchange, the high-temperature saturated air is expelled outside the tower. Meanwhile, the spray water undergoes a secondary heat transfer through the PVC heat exchange layer before collecting in a water basin, ensuring maximum heat removal for superior cooling efficiency.
