Gearbox Reducer
Our gear reducer for second gear transmission is a marvel of mechanical engineering, boasting a cutting-edge combination of spiral bevel and helical gear systems. Featuring a compact structure, it delivers impressive power transmission, smooth operations, and minimal noise. The gears are crafted from robust 20CrMnTi material, undergoing heat treatment to achieve exceptional wear and impact resistance. The advanced lubrication system cleverly marries oil immersion with splash flow, keeping the gears well-oiled. A sophisticated skeleton oil seal or mechanical seal enhances the high-speed shaft entrance. After an impressive 8000 hours of operation, the reducer cover should be removed to inspect seal wear, safeguarding continued optimal performance.
Designed with user-ease in mind, the lifting ring screw atop the gearbox is engineered for lid removal during maintenance, not for lifting the gearbox itself. Strategically placed control instrument contact screw holes on the box body allow seamless integration with control devices, tailored to user specifications.
The dedicated cooling tower reducer primarily integrates a vertical shaft gear transmission system, seamlessly incorporating other transmission types to enhance versatility. Our esteemed product line features the M series and H series, each tailored to meet specialized industrial requirements.

· Our helical gears adhere to the rigorous GB/T 3480 "Strength Calculation of Involute Gears", while spiral bevel gears meet the standards of GB/T 10062 for load-capacity calculations, guaranteeing uncompromised performance.
· A modular design featuring diverse materials and standardized components, allowing customization to meet any client requirement with precision.
· For extreme conditions, our optional forced cooling system ensures precise oil temperature control, safeguarding against overheating and maintaining peak performance.
