Operation
Within this state-of-the-art system, the fluid medium in need of cooling meanders through the high-performance serpentine coil heat exchanger. An incessant external spray system ensures the coil surface remains moist, promoting efficient cooling. This design facilitates a closed-loop system where the medium exchanges heat with the spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger. Cool, dry air is drawn into the tower laterally, intersecting vertically with the spray water flow to create a robust composite heat transfer, powered by fans. The thorough exchange of heat between air and spray water results in the expulsion of high-temperature saturated air outside the tower, while the spray water undertakes another round of heat transfer through the PVC heat exchange layer, cascading into a water collection basin to further enhance cooling efficiency.
