Operation
The fluid medium that requires cooling journeys through our efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger, a marvel of engineering. A continuous external spray system gently moistens the coil surface, facilitating unparalleled cooling. This process allows the cooled medium to seamlessly exchange heat with the spray water via a sophisticated partition wall heat exchanger, crafting a closed loop that champions effective cooling. Meanwhile, low-temperature dry air gracefully enters the tower laterally, crossing paths vertically with the direction of the spray water flow. This dynamic interaction forms a composite heat transfer ingeniously powered by fans. After air and spray water consummate their heat exchange, high-temperature saturated air is elegantly expelled outside of the tower. The spray water, meanwhile, undergoes a secondary heat transfer through a state-of-the-art PVC heat exchange layer before it cascades into a water collection basin below, masterfully removing more heat for truly superior cooling efficiency.
