Working Principle
When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The state-of-the-art EC fan system dynamically draws in cool, dry air, which gracefully enters the tower through the ingeniously designed V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The extended contact surface afforded by this V-shaped architecture dramatically enhances the cooling effect on both the incoming air and the hot process fluid, resulting in a marked boost in heat exchange efficiency. Once optimal partition wall heat exchange has occurred with the cool dry air, the hot saturated air is expertly expelled from the tower, realizing superior Free Cooling through non-evaporative means.
