When the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The cutting-edge EC fan system draws in cool, dry air, which seamlessly enters the tower through the innovative V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This V-shaped design, with its expansive contact surface, significantly accelerates the cooling process for both the air and hot process fluid, resulting in a remarkable enhancement in heat exchange efficiency. After enjoying ample partition wall heat exchange with the cool, dry air, the hot saturated air is then efficiently discharged outside of the tower. This process culminates in achieving outstanding Free Cooling, characterized by non-evaporative cooling, ensuring a highly efficient operation.

Copper tubes are securely attached to coil headers through brazing and to the finned coil by flaring, guaranteeing maximum thermal conduction efficiency.
