When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The advanced EC fan system seamlessly draws in cool, dry air, which is then masterfully directed into the tower through the ingeniously designed V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This V-shaped configuration offers an expansive contact surface that significantly enhances the cooling process, efficiently reducing the temperature of both the air and the hot process fluid. The sophisticated design ensures a notable increase in heat exchange efficiency. As the air undergoes ample partition wall heat exchange with the incoming cool, dry air, the hot, saturated air is expertly expelled outside the tower. This process achieves optimal Free Cooling, a highly efficient non-evaporative cooling method.
