NSH-FRP series full FRP cooling tower is a type of counter flow open-loop cooling tower which is specially suit for high temperature cooling process.  NSH-FRP cooling tower is widely applicated in textile industry, chemical industry, sugar refinery, steel plant etc.
 

Features

High corrosion resistant F.R.P structure, design lifespan is up to 30 years.
Counter flow open type system, cool dry air is uniformly concentrated into the central heat exchange layer from the bottom of the cooling tower, ensure high heat transfer. Efficient cooling for the conditions of large temperature difference.

COOLING TOWER PARTS

1. Axial Flow Fan
Efficient axial flow fan drive system, take away the hot saturated discharge air produced during the heat exchange.

2. NFS Fan Stack
NFS fan stack is SMC-molded and made of FRP material, improves the uniformity of the tower air flow, reduce air flow resistance, and ensure that the fan runs in an efficient working area.

3. EVD PVC Drift Eliminator
EVD drift eliminator is installed above spray system, efficiently remove the exhaust air flow entrained water droplets, ensure heat tranfer efficiency.

4. Spray System
Spray system adopts three slpashed nozzles, densly installed on the FRP distribution pipes, envenly distribution under low pressure flow.

5. LAN Series Fill Film ( PVC heat exchange layer)
LAN series fill film sheets are glued into blocks,  densely and orderly installated in the tower, improving the heat exchange with spray water.

6. FRP Casing
Adopts FRP corrugated plate, high strength, corrosion resistant and nice appearance.

7. FRP Air Inlet Louver
Ensure cool dry air evenly sucked in and passed through the FRP heat exchange layer, Limiting sun exposure and microbial growth.
