Operation
Witness a groundbreaking process where the fluid medium seeking cooling journeys through our highly efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger. Our system employs an uninterrupted external spray mechanism that diligently moistens the coil surface, enhancing the cooling process. This enables the cooled medium to seamlessly exchange heat with the spray water through a sophisticated partition wall heat exchanger, crafting a closed loop for optimal cooling. Ingeniously designed, low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally, engaging in a vertical intersection with the spray water flow. This results in a composite heat transfer system, invigorated by powerful fans. Post heat exchange, high-temperature saturated air exits the tower, whilst the spray water undergoes an additional heat transfer phase via a PVC heat exchange layer, cascading into a water collection basin, thereby excelling in heat removal and ensuring unparalleled cooling efficiency.
