As the spray water cools the heat exchange coil, it seamlessly flows into the cold water basin via the advanced PVC heat exchange layer, significantly lowering the internal temperature of the tower. This strategic design not only enhances cooling but also minimizes acoustic disturbances caused by the direct descent of spray water into the basin below.
High-Efficiency Mixed Flow Closed Circuit System
Operation
The cooling process begins as the fluid medium navigates through the high-efficiency serpentine coil heat exchanger. An external spray system perpetually moistens the coil surface, optimizing the cooling effect. Within this closed-loop system, the cooled medium exchanges heat with the spray water through a partition wall heat exchanger. Cool, dry air flows laterally into the tower, intersecting vertically with the spray water's path. This interaction, driven by powerful fans, creates a composite heat transfer mechanism. The thoroughly heated air, now saturated, exits the tower, while the spray water undergoes additional heat extraction via the PVC heat exchange layer before collecting in the water basin, ensuring outstanding cooling efficiency.

For specialized applications, the filler can be upgraded to high-temperature materials.
5. MBD PVC Drift Eliminator

6. Air Inlet Louver

Our cooling tower boasts a robust structure with a high-quality Z700 galvanized steel frame and shell.This construction offers excellent corrosion resistance. For extreme environments, we provide optional SUS314/316 or NWN-Armour anti-corrosion coated steel for unmatched protection.
