As the spray water cools the heat exchange coil, it efficiently channels into the cold water basin through the advanced PVC heat exchange layer. This innovative process significantly reduces the tower's internal temperature and expertly minimizes noise by preventing straight falling spray water into the bottom basin.

Operation
The fluid medium in need of cooling is directed through our high-performance serpentine coil heat exchanger. An uninterrupted external spray system moistens the coil surface, optimizing cooling. This allows the cooled medium to seamlessly exchange heat with the spray water via a state-of-the-art partition wall heat exchanger, establishing a closed loop for unmatched cooling effectiveness. Cool, dry air is strategically introduced laterally into the tower, intersecting vertically with the spray water flow. This creates an extraordinary composite heat transfer, powered by efficient fans. After the air and spray water achieve full heat exchange, the high-temperature saturated air is skillfully expelled from the tower. Meanwhile, the spray water partakes in secondary heat transfer through an advanced PVC heat exchange layer before gently descending into a water collection basin, ensuring superior heat removal and exceptional cooling efficiency.
