SHH Newin SHH series cross flow film fill is ingeniously designed for square cooling towers, boasting advanced technology, an impressive lifespan, minimal resistance, and lightweight construction. Its surface is remarkably smooth and strikingly bright, with a strong pressure resilience ensuring it remains intact upon contact. Non-toxic and non-irritating, it offers enhanced safety. Crafted from high-quality, new PVC raw materials, its quality and durability are assured. Rigorous testing and operational use demonstrate its superior cooling performance.
FEATURES
- Crafted using modified PVC sheets, this fill benefits from a unique formulation that enhances its strength and endows it with exceptional durability.
- Featuring a vac-form special process, it includes an integrated liquid baffle plate on the inner side (fan side) edge, effectively minimizing water drift loss while optimizing the heat exchange between water and air.
- Standard heat resistance is rated at 50°C, with an optional heatproof specification available for usage up to a robust 80°C.
