FAN ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

The Newin CF series solid type aluminum alloy fans arrive in a convenient unassembled form. Each fan blade and hub are precisely matched to guarantee seamless and accurate re-assembly, ensuring the highest standards of performance and reliability once assembled.
a. Select an expansive, open area that can comfortably accommodate the full diameter of the fan for easy access and assembly.
b. Carefully position the fan hub in the center of your work area, ensuring the blade sockets are easily accessible for installation.
c. Securely place fan blade 2 into a blade socket on the hub. For fans with overlapping blades at the hub, ensure the leading edge is positioned under the trailing edge of the preceding blade to maintain optimal aerodynamics.
d. Confirm that the blade shank safety collar is securely positioned inboard of the inner hub rim to ensure a safe and stable assembly.

• Systematically remove any build-up of scale or dirt to maintain efficiency.
• Ensure blade drain holes at the fan tip are unobstructed and clear.
