Operation
Our cooling system channels the fluid medium through an efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger. An uninterrupted external spray system aids in moistening the coil surface, thereby enhancing the cooling process. This allows the cooled medium to seamlessly exchange heat with the spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger, creating a flawless closed loop. Cool air enters the tower laterally, engaging vertically with the spray water to form an impressive composite heat transfer mechanism driven by fans. Once complete, high-temperature saturated air exits the tower, while the spray water undergoes a second heat transfer through the PVC layer, ultimately collecting in the basin for exemplary cooling performance.
