Product Description
NSH series is an open loop cooling tower with counterflow design, induced draft. The compact heat exchange layer optimizes the interaction between water and air, improving heat exchange efficiency while effectively controlling the cooling water temperature with significant reduction in temperature. It is particularly suitable for condition with large temperature differences.

2. SMC Compressed Moulded Fiberglass Fan Stack
> Fiberglass material, corrosion resistant and UV resistant.
> Enhances airflow uniformity within the tower and reduces airflow resistant.
> Ensures efficient operation of the fan.
3. Uniform Water Distribution System
> Large diameter, clog-free, three-way spray nozzle (suitable for bad water quality).
> Ensures uniform water distribution even at low pressure and flow rates.
4. Hexagonal, Easy Dismantled PVC Drift Eliminator
> Efficiently capture the water droplets from the air with low wind resistance.
> Drift loss at 0.001%, ensuring optimal heat exchange performance.
5. PVC Infill
> Uses PVC honeycomb infill block with strong resistance to pressure drop.
> Multi-layer stacked infill blocks expand the heat exchange area, providing more thorough contact between water and air.
> High heat exchange efficiency and excellent thermal performance.
> Optional for high temperature or low temperature resistant infill, to fulfill special operating condition. For bad water quality, recommended to use NTF infill with perforated design.
6. Modular Heavy-Duty Structure
> The main structure is made of Z700 HDGS corrosion-resistant material, secured with 304 Stainless Steel bolts and nuts, making it robust and stable.
> Modular structure, allows for flexible combination of cooling tower units according to onsite operating condition.
> Optional 304 / 316 Stainless Steel or NWN-Armour material is available.
7. High Quality Fiberglass Panel
> Fiberglass material, corrosion resistant and UV resistant.
> Corrugated design for enhanced durability and prolong the service life.
> Optional 304 / 316 Stainless Steel or NWN-Armour material is available.
8. Easy Dismantled Air Inlet Louver
> UV resistant PVC material. Louvered design ensures uniform air intake.
> Prevent debris and other foreign objects from entering the tower, protecting the equipment.
> Sunlight protection to prevent the algae growth, maintenance free.
9. Cold Water Basin
> Automatic make up water system uses a stainless-steel mechanical float valve, which is corrosion resistant and highly flexible.
> According to the needs of frost protection during cold seasons, a water basin heater can be installed.
