Cross flow industrial type full FRP Cooling Tower for steel plant 

NST-FRP series full FRP cross flow industrial type cooling tower specially designed to application in corrosive liquid cooling process , like sewage water cooling process, sea water, chemical fluids, wood industial, steel plant water, waste water treatment etc.

Features

- Stronger full FRP instructure with excellent corrosion resistant, long service life under sewage water conditions with good durability.

- Heat exchange parts adopt FRP material "L" type splash fills, non-clogging and high corrosion resistant.
- Cross flow open type system, cool dry air fully enter the splash fills parts on both sides of the tower which is continously wet by spray system, ensure efficient heat exchange.


COOLING TOWER PARTS

1. Axial Flow Fan
Efficient axial flow fan drive system, take away the hot saturated discharge air produced during the heat exchange.

2. NFS Fan Stack
NFS fan stack is SMC-molded and made of FRP material, improves the uniformity of the tower air flow, reduce air flow resistance, and ensure that the fan runs in an efficient working area.

3. Spray System 
NS005 nozzles are densely installed on the hot water basin, gravity water distribution, evenly spray water.

4. FRP Air Inlet Louver
Ensure cool dry air evenly sucked in and passed through the FRP heat exchange layer, Limiting sun exposure and microbial growth.

5. NLF "L" Type Splash Fills ( FRP heat exchange layer)
Adopts high corrosin resistant FRP material, " L" shape design ensure non-clogging, multi-layer installation ensure high thermal transfer performance.

6. MBD PVC Drift Eliminator
MBD drift eliminator is side mounted inside the tower, next to the NLF fills, efficiently remove the exhaust air flow entrained water droplets, ensure heat tranfer efficiency.

7. FRP Casing
Adopts FRP corrugated plate, high strength, corrosion resistant and nice appearance.
