Working Principle
When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The innovative EC fan system draws in refreshingly cool and dry air, directing it seamlessly into the tower through a state-of-the-art V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This cutting-edge design, with its expansive contact surface, significantly accelerates the cooling process for both air and hot process fluids, thereby dramatically enhancing the heat exchange efficiency. After a thorough and efficient partition wall heat exchange with the incoming cool dry air, the now hot and saturated air is effectively expelled from the tower. This process culminates in the realization of highly efficient Free Cooling, leveraging a non-evaporative cooling mechanism.
