Overview
Industrial Geareducers are manufactured and designed specifically for cooling towers in large industrial and power plant applications. In shape and function, their design goes beyond normal requirements- Both to maximize air movement through the tower, and to minimize the impact of maintenance.
Gearbox reducer
Reducer for the second gear transmission, spiral bevel gear and helical gear combined transmission system.With compact structure, large transmission power, smooth operation, low noise and other characteristics.The material used by the gear is 20CrMnTi, after heat treatment process, to ensure that the gear has higher wear resistance and impact resistance.The lubrication system adopts the combination of oil immersion and splash flow lubrication. A certain amount of oil is kept in the box. The oil is sent to the oil storage tank by the oil disc to make the oil flow and lubricate the bearing through the flow channel.Skeleton oil seal or mechanical seal is adopted at the entrance of high-speed shaft. The cover of reducer should be removed after 8000 hours of operation to check the wear of the seal and decide whether to replace it.
The lifting ring screw on the lid is for opening the lid of the gearbox when overhauling the gearbox. It cannot be used for lifting the gearbox.The control instrument contact screw hole is arranged on the box body, which can be connected to the control device according to the user's needs.
The cooling tower dedicated recucer primarily adopts vertical shaft gear transmission while incoperating other transmission types. The main product series comprise M series, H series etc.
Design Features:
· Design based on fan performance parameters and requirements.
· Extended service life (100,000 hours), service factor KA=2.
· Strength calculation and verification of load-bearing components (gears, shafts, keys, etc.), along with bearing load capacity and life assessment.
· Splash lubrication and self-lubrication system.
· Helical gears comply with GB/T 3480 "Strength Calculation of Involute Gears"; spiral bevel gears comply with GB/T 10062 "Calculation Method for Load-Capacity of Bevel Gears".
· Modular design with diverse materials and standard components to meet various customer requirements.
· Optional forced cooling system for precise oil temperature control under extreme conditions.
