MVSIntroducing the outstanding MVS1110 Mechanical Vibration Switch, a state-of-the-art mechanical vibration monitoring instrument crafted for excellence. Engineered with precision, this switch features an array of sophisticated components, including springs, induction mechanisms, adjustment rods, reset buttons, and micro switches, each contributing to its impeccable functionality. The heart of this device is its sensing mechanism, poised delicately between two stable states: non-triggered and triggered. In standard conditions, the mechanism rests in a non-triggered state, ensuring calm and stability. However, if the vibration levels of your rotating machinery escalate to or beyond your preset threshold, the sensing mechanism dramatically shifts to the triggered state. This transition instantly alters the micro switch's contact configuration: COM and NC transition from a normally closed to a disconnected state, while COM and NO move from a normally open to a closed state. This intelligent switching capability not only activates alarm functions but can also autonomously halt machinery operations, providing an essential safeguard for your equipment.

Within the robust body of the mechanical vibration switch lies a meticulously designed sensing mechanism, adeptly balanced by a support rod and spring system. This mechanism, pivotal in its operation, senses the intensity of vibration acceleration as it dynamically oscillates around the support rod axis. By fine-tuning the positioning of the adjustment rod, one can expertly calibrate the pre-stress level applied to the induction mechanism, defining the switch's set-point. It's crucial to consider gravitational influence when vertically mounting the switch. When vibrations fall below the pre-stress level, the switch remains securely in a non-triggered state, as illustrated in Figure 1. Conversely, exceeding this threshold shifts the switch into the trigger state, as depicted in Figure 2. For the MVS1110, this calibration is achieved by elegantly altering the spring's angle via the adjustment lever, ensuring precise and reliable performance.
Upon the sensing mechanism entering the trigger state, it orchestrates a precise motion, propelling the micro switch's rocker arm upward. This action transforms the micro switch's contact state, allowing for the seamless output of corresponding contact signals. Such prowess enables the switch to either activate or deactivate control loops, providing unparalleled protection for your rotational equipment and initiating timely alarms to safeguard your operations.
