The Newin CF series features premium solid type aluminum alloy fans that are delivered in an unassembled form. Each fan blade and hub is meticulously matched to guarantee a straightforward and accurate re-assembly for flawless operation.
a. Choose a wide-open space that comfortably accommodates the fan's diameter for an obstruction-free assembly.
b. Carefully position the fan hub 1 at the center of your workspace, ensuring the blade sockets are readily accessible and positioned for ease of assembly.
c. Securely place fan blade 2 into a blade socket on the hub. For fans where the blades overlap at the hub, ensure that the leading edge is positioned beneath the trailing edge of the forward blade for optimal aerodynamic efficiency.
d. Confirm that the blade shank safety collar is positioned inboard of the inner hub rim to guarantee secure and stable operation.

After the initial week, and then every six months thereafter, conduct the following checks:
• Ensure all hardware is securely torqued to prevent any looseness that might affect performance.

• Eliminate any build-up of scale or dirt to maintain optimal functionality.
