Working Principle
When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The cutting-edge EC fan system draws in refreshingly cool, dry air, directing it into the tower through an ingeniously engineered V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The expansive contact surface offered by the innovative V-shaped design dramatically enhances the cooling process for both the air and the hot process fluid, thereby significantly boosting the overall heat exchange efficiency. As a result of this thorough partition wall heat exchange with the cool dry air, the hot saturated air is effectively expelled from the tower, achieving remarkable Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling) capabilities.
