When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The EC fan system expertly channels the refreshingly cool, dry air into the heart of the tower, where it meets the V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The innovative V-shaped design maximizes the contact surface, dramatically boosting the cooling process for both the air and the hot process fluid. This design significantly elevates the efficiency of heat exchange. Once the hot process air has undergone a comprehensive partition wall heat exchange with the invigorating cool dry air, the now hot and saturated air is efficiently expelled from the tower, achieving a remarkable level of efficient Free Cooling through non-evaporative methods.
