When the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler begins its operation:
The sophisticated EC fan system expertly draws in the refreshingly cool, dry air, guiding it through the intricately designed V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger located within the tower. The expansive contact surface afforded by the innovative V-shaped configuration significantly accelerates the cooling process for both the air and the hot process fluid, resulting in a remarkable enhancement in heat exchange efficiency. Once the hot air has undergone a thorough and effective partition wall heat exchange with the invigoratingly cool, dry air, it is efficiently expelled from the tower as hot saturated air, thus achieving outstanding Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling).
