After the spray water cools the heat exchange coil, it flows into the cold water basin via a PVC heat exchange layer, which significantly lowers the tower's internal temperature and minimizes noise typically generated by water falling directly into the basin.

Seamless Operation
The fluid medium that requires cooling traverses a highly efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger. A perpetual external spray system keeps the coil surface wet, facilitating uninterrupted cooling. This allows the cooled medium to transfer heat with the spray water through a partition wall heat exchanger, establishing a closed loop for optimal cooling. Fresh, low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally and crosses vertically with the spray water's flow, creating a composite heat transfer driven by powerful fans. Post heat exchange, the high-temperature saturated air exits the tower as the spray water undergoes a secondary heat transfer within a PVC heat exchange layer before settling into a water collection basin, effectively enhancing cooling efficiency to new heights.

Furthermore, the unique surface texture provides ample heat exchange surface area, thereby enhancing overall efficiency. The filler could be upgraded to high-temperature materials to align with the specific working conditions of the project.

5. MBD PVC Drift Eliminator
