1. High Efficient Fan Drive System
> FRP Fan Blades feature limosis- type designs, offering a lightweight structure, exceptional strength, excellent corrosion resistant and outstanding interchangeability for superior performance.
> Prior to leaving the factory, the fan's impeller is subjected to a static balance test, guaranteeing the flawless balance quality of its rigid rotor G6.3.
> NCJ Gear Reducer effectively addresses the issue of transmission shaft failure. The installation is incredibly convenient, requiring no calibration of the transmission shaft. It leads to a 5%-10% reduction in energy consumption and a remarkable 50% decrease in vibration.
> Fan Motor utilizes a big brand asynchronous motor designed for outdoor use. Insulation grade: F; Protection grade: IP55.
The enhanced design of the motor seat adjustment ensures increased safety and reliability.
2. SMC Fan Stack
The fan stack of F.R.P material is crafted using the sophisticated SMC molding process, featuring energy-efficient, strong strength, durable service, anti- vibration design, anti-UV and nice appearance.
Energy Efficient
The Newin Company has meticulously refined the kinetic energy recycling fan stack to be highly energy-efficient, successfully eliminating the issue of airflow detachment from walls and minimizing vortex formation.
The negative pressure zone at the center of the fan stack has been significantly reduced, resulting in a more uniform distribution of fracture surface wind speed at the fan stack outlet. Additionally, during the molding process of the fan stack, painting resin is applied twice to further minimize resistance on the inside surface.
3. Drift Eliminator
The highly effective drift eliminator is intricately constructed with a V-shaped louver design and meticulously assembled with rod accessories, showcasing minimal wind resistance.
> High Efficiency Of Drift Water Recovery: water loss value is a mere 0.005% or less.
> Low Resistance& Energy Conversation: In an air wind condition of 3.0m/s, the ventilation resistance loss measures only 0.8mm H2O.
> Water Conservation: Significantly minimize the depletion of drift water, decrease the amount of added water and the dosage of additives. Simultaneously, mitigate the impact of drift water to its minimum level.
4. Uniform Water Distribution
A network of branch-pipe water distribution system is employed, featuring strategically positioned umbrella type nozzles on branch pipes to achieve the most effective dispersion of water.
> Umbrella Type Nozzle is resistant to blockages and successfully resolved issues such as water film emergence and low indenter during operation due to its special innovative design.
> Flexibility Of Water Distribution: The system exhibits high adaptability to hydraulic loading, as it can still operate even when subjected to a loading of 130% under working conditions. Furthermore, reducing the loading to 60% does not have any impact on the distribution.
> Ease Of Maintenance: This type of down spray ensures that water is distributed to the lowest points of the system, preventing ponding and dirt buildup. It eliminates the need for manual cleaning of the distribution pipe. If turbidity does not exceed 300ppm, it can operate continuously. The injection-molded nozzles offer strong interchangeability and easy installation and removal, facilitating maintenance of the distribution system.
5. NTF Trickle Filling
NTF trickle filling combines the characteristics of splash filling and film filling, maximizing the cooling effect in poor water conditions by creating a delicate dripping water layer.
> High quality PP material, excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemical corrosion compared to PVC, resulting in a longer lifespan.
> The special grid structure design further enhances the dispersion of spray water, thereby optimizing heat exchange efficiency.
> Simple Mechanical Assembly, Safety& Environmental Protection: The trickle fills boasts a high-stability structure achieved through simple mechanical assembly, obviating the need for adhesive packing. This not only guarantees safety and environmental friendliness but also markedly diminishes assembly time.
6. FRP Components
The utilization of FRP ( Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) components are crafted from top-notch raw and auxiliary materials, boasting vibrant hues and exceptional longevity. Adhering to the stringent manufacturing and testing standards outlined in GB/T7190-2008 for FRP pultruded structural components in FRP cooling towers, these products have undergone rigorous evaluation by national authoritative institutions, surpassing or meeting all quality benchmarks set at a national level.

6. Maintenance Platform
- The overhaul walkway provides convenient access to the cooling tower.
- The fan is equipped with maintenance platforms and safety guardrails to facilitate the inspection and upkeep of the fan drive system.
- The cooling tower is equipped with access stairs for ease of regular maintenance at the top of the tower and to meet fire protection regulations.
7. Anti-corrosion Design
The prevention of equipment corrosion is a critical factor in maintaining the quality of cooling towers. In traditional cooling tower design, the internal components are typically constructed from steel, posing a persistent challenge in terms of corrosion. While the concrete frame of large cooling towers generally has a lifespan of approximately 50 years, high-performance anti-corrosion steel parts only have a significantly shorter lifespan of around 15 years. Therefore, our company primarily utilizes non-metallic materials for internal components such as fillers, nozzles, and water collectors, all crafted from plastic. Additionally, the fan stack and wind resistant plate are made from F.R.P to ensure durability with a lifespan exceeding 20 years and reduced maintenance costs. Furthermore, small steel components undergo rigorous anti-corrosion treatment using hot-dip galvanizing technology.
