FAN ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

The Newin CF series of solid type aluminum alloy fans are expertly crafted and are delivered in an unassembled state. Each fan blade and hub is meticulously matched to guarantee that re-assembly is straightforward and precise, maintaining the integrity and high efficiency of the fan.
a. Select a spacious, open area that can comfortably accommodate the full diameter of the fan, ensuring plenty of room for assembly and maneuvering.
b. Carefully position the fan hub 1 centrally within your designated work area, making sure the blade sockets are easily accessible for seamless assembly.
c. Gently place fan blade 2 into a blade socket on the hub. For fans where blade overlap occurs at the hub, ensure the leading edge is correctly positioned under the trailing edge of the forward blade, maintaining aerodynamic efficiency.
d. Confirm that the blade shank safety collar is positioned inboard of the inner hub rim, securing the blade in place and enhancing structural stability.
