Cooling Tower Fan

> AXIAL PROPERLLER FAN
The axial propeller type fans are constrcted of an auminum alloy and statically balanced. The fan is installed in a closely fitted glavanized steel cowl with venturi air inlet. The fans utilize a unique soft-connect blade-to-hub design that is compatible with variable speed drives. since the blades are not rigidly connected to the fan hub. no vertical vibration forces are transmitted to the unit structure.

> SUPER LOW SOUND FAN
The revolutionary technology of the Super Low Soun fan is one-piece molded, heavy fiberglass reinforced polyester  hub and blade construction utilizing a forward swept blade design. The super Low Sound Fan is capable of reducing the unit sound pressure levels 9 dB(A) to 15dB(A) depending on the specific unit selection and measurement location.

EVL air inlet grille-80/90mm - with frame type/ without frame type

> NEWIN EVL air inlet grille Cooling tower air inlet grilles are designed to improve air flow into the cooling tower, restrict the amount of sunlight into cooling tower (to impede algae growth), prevent debris from entering and the splash of water droplets, achieves very low pressure drop result, reduce noise from the tower, easy installation and access for cleaning and maintenance.  The wide application of EVL air inlet grille in NEWIN and other brands closed type/ open type cooling towers.

 

LAN- 305mm 

> NEWIN LAN counter flow infills - Glued into cellular type Supplied as infills replacement for industrial cooling towers and so on other brands counter flow cooling towers; PVC material of infills could be upgraded into high-temp. material ( working temp. is up to 80ºC),cold-resistant. material ( working temp. is down to - 40ºC).  Special request of Thickness & high-temp./ cold-resistant materials are available for customization.

 

EVD drift eliminator - 145mm (counter flow cooling toewr)

> NEWIN EVD/MBD/BAD drift eliminators - glued into cellular type,The wide application in different kinds of / brands of cooling towers; maximum capture water droplets caught in the cooling tower air stream, improving high thermal transfer; special request of Thickness & High temp. material is available for customization.
