Frame Structure:
Modular structure, use the high quality of zinc magnesium aluminum material (304 or 316 stainless steel for option), which is standardization made by Z600 galvanized anti-corrosion processing. After passivation treatment, cooling tower can withstand water PH value 6.5-9.0 . At the same time, the component design strength can bear the wind pressure of 1440 Pa, Protected the product quality and ensured stable running. Cooling tower can be customized according to single cell or multi cells.
Casing

Driven System

Centrifugal fan

Fill Media

Drift Eliminator

Nozzle

Indoor installations

The design of the air duct shall be symmetrical to ensure uniform air intake and exhaust of the unit.Requirements:A.The static pressure loss in the duct shall not exceed 125Pa, and the maximum external static pressure of 125Pa can be overcome by increasing a ventilator motor.B.When the installation of air duct, must choose a solid bottom plate, should also use partition plate to replace the side of the air into the net cover.C.In the air duct should be the roommate access door to facilitate the maintenance of fan drive components and water distribution system. |
