Product Description
NST series is a cross-flow design, induced draft open-loop cooling tower commonly utilized in small and medium industrial, air-conditioning, and mechanical ventilation systems as well as projects with lower water quality requirements.

1. High Efficiency Axial Fan
> Well-known brand of aluminum alloy axial fan, high performance, lower power consumption and low noise.
> Better quality of V-belt and pulley, stable operation and easy maintenance.
> TEFC cooling tower duty motor. Optional gear reducer is available. Optional two speed, variable speed or explosion proof motor are available.
> Optional to upgrade the motor to Permanent magnetic direct drive system, lower power consumption with energy efficiency rating up to IE5.
2. Uniform Water Distribution System
> Evenly distribute the water by gravity.
> Large diameter, non-clogging PP nozzles with wide spraying coverage.
> Removable steel cover, easy to check and maintain.
> Optional high-low flowrate nozzles (ensure uniform water distribution even at low flowrate).
3. Integrated Baffle Type Infill
> High quality self-extinguishing PVC infill.
> Integral formation infill and drift eliminator. Higher heat exchange area with high performance drift eliminator to achieve better heat exchange performance, and reduce the drift loss below 0.005%.
> Optional for high temperature or low temperature resistant infill, to fulfill special operating condition.
4. Cold Water Basin
> Automatic make up water system uses a stainless-steel mechanical float valve, which is corrosion resistant and highly flexible.
> According to the needs of frost protection during cold seasons, a water basin heater can be installed.
5. Heavy Duty & High Stability Structure
> The main structure is made of Z700 HDGS corrosion-resistant material, secured with 304 Stainless Steel bolts and nuts, making it robust and stable.
> Optional 304 / 316 Stainless Steel or NWN-Armour material is available.
6. SMC Compressed Moulded
> Fiberglass Fan Stack Fiberglass material, corrosion resistant and UV resistant.
> Enhances airflow uniformity within the tower and reduces airflow resistant. Ensures efficient operation of the fan.
7. High Quality Fiberglass Panel
> Fiberglass material, corrosion resistant and UV resistant.
> Corrugated design for enhanced durability and prolong the service life.
> Optional 304 / 316 Stainless Steel or NWN-Armour material is available.
8. Access Door
> Facilitate easy access for tower inspection and maintenance.
9. Maintenance Platform
> Features a double layer maintenance platform for internal cooling tower maintenance, making it safer and convenient, especially for fan servicing.
