Working Principle

When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
Our state-of-the-art NWFL-V adiabatic cooler harnesses the power of the EC fan system to draw in refreshing, cool, and dry air. This air seamlessly flows through the cutting-edge V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger within the tower. The ingenious V-shaped design maximizes the contact surface area, dramatically accelerating the cooling process of both the incoming air and the hot process fluid. This leads to a remarkable enhancement in heat exchange efficiency. Following an extensive partition wall heat exchange with the invigorating cool dry air, the previously hot saturated air is efficiently expelled from the tower, resulting in a superior and effective Free Cooling experience, entirely free from evaporative processes.
