When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
In the remarkable operation of our NWFL-V adiabatic cooler, the advanced EC fan system first ingeniously draws in the refreshingly cool, dry air. This air then makes its way into the tower, flowing seamlessly through the innovative V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The generous contact surface provided by this V-shaped design dramatically accelerates the cooling process for both the air and the hot process fluid. This results in a substantial enhancement of heat exchange efficiency. During this sophisticated process, the hot saturated air undergoes a thorough partition wall heat exchange with the cool dry air. As a result, it is efficiently discharged outside the tower, thereby achieving an outstanding level of Free Cooling, all without the need for evaporative cooling.
