Working Principle

When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The EC fan system seamlessly draws in the refreshingly cool, dry air, guiding it into the tower with effortless precision through the ingeniously crafted V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This innovative V-shaped design maximizes the contact area, rapidly enhancing the cooling dynamics for both air and hot process fluids. The result is a remarkable boost in heat exchange efficiency. As these fluids undergo an intensive partition wall heat exchange with the cool, dry air, the previously hot, saturated air is efficiently expelled from the tower. This process achieves exceptional Free Cooling-or non-evaporative cooling-delivering consistent, high-performance results.
