When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
Our state-of-the-art NWFL-V adiabatic cooler begins its cooling magic as the advanced EC fan system expertly draws in refreshingly cool, dry air. This invigorating airflow then journeys into the tower, passing through the sophisticated V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The innovative V-shaped design provides an expansive contact surface, dramatically accelerating the cooling process for both the air and the hot process fluid. This intelligent design results in a remarkable leap in heat exchange efficiency. Once the hot process fluid has sufficiently undergone partition wall heat exchange with the cool, dry air, the now hot, saturated air is efficiently expelled from the tower. This process achieves what we proudly term as efficient 'Free Cooling,' a method that ensures superior non-evaporative cooling performance.
