Operation
The fluid medium requiring cooling flows seamlessly through the remarkably efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger. Our continuous external spray system drenches the coil surface, ensuring optimal cooling conditions. This ingenious process allows the cooled medium to transfer heat with the spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger, creating a flawlessly closed loop for unmatched cooling. Crisp, low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally and intersects vertically with the spray water flow, orchestrating a composite heat transfer driven by powerful fans. Once the air and spray water consummate their heat exchange, high-temperature saturated air is expelled from the tower, while the spray water experiences a secondary heat transfer through a sophisticated PVC heat exchange layer before gently descending into a water collection basin, ensuring exceptional heat removal and superior cooling efficiency.
