Operation
Experience the pinnacle of cooling technology with our Advanced Closed Type Cooling Tower. The fluid medium that requires cooling is channeled through an ingeniously designed serpentine coil heat exchanger. A perpetual external spray system envelops the coil, optimizing the cooling process. This allows the cooled medium to seamlessly exchange heat with the spray water through an efficient partition wall heat exchanger, crafting a closed loop that ensures outstanding cooling performance. Crisp, low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally, harmoniously intersecting with the vertical spray water flow, creating a composite heat transfer system energized by powerful fans. Once the air and spray water have fully exchanged their thermal energy, heated, saturated air exits the tower, while the spray water undergoes a secondary heat transfer in a sophisticated PVC heat exchange layer, before cascading into a water collection basin.
