The Newin CF series features our durable solid-type aluminum alloy fans, delivered in an unassembled state for your convenience. Rest assured, each fan blade and hub is meticulously matched to guarantee a seamless and correct reassembly process.
a. Choose a spacious and open area that can comfortably accommodate the fan's diameter to ensure a smooth assembly process.
b. Begin by positioning fan hub 1 centrally within your designated work space, ensuring easy access to the blade sockets for assembly.
c. Insert fan blade 2 into the corresponding blade socket on the hub. For fans with overlapping blades at the hub, make sure the leading edge is strategically placed under the trailing edge of the forward blade to ensure optimal performance.
d. Confirm that the blade shank safety collar is securely positioned inboard of the inner hub rim to maintain safety and stability during operation.
