MVSIntroducing the MVS1110 mechanical vibration switch, a masterfully engineered, purely mechanical device designed for precise vibration monitoring in dynamic environments. This sophisticated instrument features a meticulously crafted design comprising springs, induction mechanisms, adjustment rods, reset buttons, micro switches, and more. At its core lies an advanced sensing mechanism capable of toggling between two stable states—non-triggered and triggered. Typically, the MVS1110 resides in a non-triggered state. However, when the vibration levels of your rotating machinery breach predetermined thresholds, the sensing mechanism transitions swiftly to a triggered state. This action seamlessly drives the micro switch contact's state transformation: the COM and NC contacts shift from a normally closed to an open state, while the COM and NO contacts move from an open to a closed state, thereby enabling alarm functions or the automatic shutdown of equipment power with precision and reliability.

Within the heart of the mechanical vibration switch, the sensing mechanism, supported by a robust support rod and spring, dynamically responds to vibration acceleration magnitudes by moving up and down along its axis. The innovative design allows the adjusting rod's movement to finely calibrate the pre-stress exerted on the induction mechanism, effectively setting the mechanical vibration switch's set point. When installed vertically, gravitational factors must be accounted for, ensuring optimal performance. When vibrations remain below the pre-stress threshold, the switch maintains its non-triggered stability, as illustrated in Figure 1. Should vibrations exceed this threshold, the switch promptly transitions to its triggered state, as depicted in Figure 2. Fine-tuning the MVS1110's set point is effortlessly achieved by adjusting the spring angle through the intuitive adjustment lever, offering unparalleled adaptability and precision.
Upon the sensing mechanism's shift to the triggered state, it ingeniously propels the micro switch's rocker arm upwards, meticulously altering the contact state of the micro switch. This results in the output of a corresponding contact signal, empowering the control loop to either engage or disengage. Such precision allows for the effective protection of rotating equipment or the activation of alarm systems, ensuring a seamless blend of operational safety and efficient monitoring.
